Did an online order deluxe for a dear family friend who lost a loved one and the flowers were delivered before the reception and looked exquisite! Family friend receiving these flowers really liked the orange flowers with butterflies. The pic with this review was on the website but the flowers that were delivered had a bright orange instead of the yellow flowers but still very beautiful! Thank you, Enchanted Florist! You did it again! My mom bought my wedding flowers here a few years ago and I had an inspo picture for my bouquet which they totally matched perfectly!

Extremely disappointed with Nana’s Flowers. I ordered an arrangement for a Celebration of Life and called twice beforehand to confirm all details and timing. I was assured everything was set and delivery would be before the 10 AM service. On the day of the service, no delivery and no email confirmation. When I called, I was hung up on twice and even incorrectly told at one point that the flowers had been delivered. Ultimately, I received an email saying the order was refunded because it was never delivered. This was an important, one-time event, and they completely failed. I would not recommend using Nana’s Flowers for anything time-sensitive.

While I realize there are limitations in floral availability and substitutions may be necessary, our arrangement did not look like we expected. This arrangement was listed as a sympathy arrangement and my husband and I both knew it was perfect for our needs when we saw the picture. When it was picked up, we were somewhat disappointed that instead of the cute rustic box, it was a red color, a completely different shape and the floral arrangement unfortunately initially missed the mark for us, however, the owner was incredibly understanding and kind when we expressed our disappointment. She made everything right and offered to remake or change it until we were satisfied.

I stopped in at this flower shop this morning. Never been here before. I met the ladies....Julie and Shang, and they were so sweet and accommodating. A beautiful arrangement was put together and wrapped for me. I browsed the store during that time, and purchased another item. It was a very pleasant experience, and the arrangement was beautiful. The bright orange roses, the lilies, the white hydrangeas. Very very nice. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience, ladies! I will definitely be back!

Previously, I have had good experiences with Enchanted Florist but there was nothing enchanting about my most recent experience. The flowers were delivered at almost 6 pm on Valentine's Day, slow enough for me to get the side eye from the Mrs. Especially after I had to call the florist to check on the flowers because I received an automated email at 4:30 saying the flowers were delivered -- they were not. The bouquet, which was about $170, arrived looking droopy and sad with broken petals. Now I'm stuck wishing I would have went with a $30 bouquet from King Soopers.
